Martin Bradley 

Global Insurance Risk and Regulatory Leader, Ernst & Young

Martin co-leads Ernst & Young`s Insurance Sector across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. He is also Global Insurance Regulatory and Risk Leader for Ernst & Young. Martin joined Ernst & Young in 2005 from Tillinghast where he worked for seven years. Martin started his career at Norwich Union and over nine years carried out a range of financial management and actuarial roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Chris Johnson 

Senior Product Manager, HSBC Securites Services

Chris joined HSBC Securities Services in 2006 and is a Senior Product Manager with responsibility for Market Data. Chris was previously at Threadneedle Investments where he was Head of Investment Information Services. Before then he was a Director at UBS. Chris started work in the city with Laurie, Milbank stockbrokers, in their futures and options operations team, continuing with Chase Manhatten for a further ten years, culminating in three years as head of the equity derivatives middle office. He also headed OTC derivate client valuations at Bankers Trust. Chris is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securites & Investment.

Peter Luckhurst 

Senior Product Manager, BNY Mellon

Peter Luckhurst is a senior product manager at BNY Mellon and is responsible for the support and development of the company’s accounting related services within EMEA with particularly focus on regulatory issues including Solvency II, IFRS, local GAAP, FATCA and AIFMD. Peter is a lead member of the BNY Mellon’s Solvency II working group and participates in a number of Solvency II industry groups.   

A chartered accountant with 25 years financial services industry experience, Peter joined BNY Mellon in 2000. Peter’s previous roles include a product manager with Deutsche Bank, consultant within Fidelity Investments and a PricewaterhouseCoopers audit manager.

Boris Neubert

Head of Business Development, IDS GmbH - Analysis and Reporting Services

Boris Neubert has been with IDS GmbH – Analysis and Reporting Services since 2009, where he is in charge of Business Development. During his 13 years of experience in the financial industry, he has put intensive work into crucial topics such as risk management and reporting by fund companies. He has authored numerous articles and, since 2010, has been an instructor at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. 

Christian Puschmann

Managing Director, Invesco Asset Management DE

Christian is Managing Director of Invesco Asset Management Germany and Deputy Head of Institutional Business Germany.

He is based in Frankfurt and is primarily responsible for business development with corporates, pension funds (public and private) and single family offices. Prior to that, he was responsible for continental European client services and several operations projects.

Since January 2004, he is a supervisory board member of the Deutschen Performancemessungs-Gesellschaft für Wertpapierportfolios mbH (DPG) and is active in different committees at the German Asset Management Association (Chair of Investment Consultants Committee, Deputy Chair of Pension Business Committee). He studied economics at Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität.

 

Amarjit Singh

Partner, Ernst & Young

Amarjit is a partner at EY. He worked as an audit partner on a range of clients from large asset managers to Investment Trusts and OEICs and has more than seventeen years of experience in the asset management industry.

He has deep, hands-on regulatory experience, which includes governance reviews, compliance reviews, client money, KYC, suitability and remediation reviews. Amarjit is currently focused on Solvency II projects; and represents EY at the International Money Market Funds Association (IMMFA), the Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA), as well as at the Investment Management Association (IMA) Prudential Regulatory Advisory Group (PRAG) and the ICAEW’s Investment Management group.

He holds a qualification as a Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Susan Wright

Senior Regulatory Advisor, Investment Management Associaton

Susan is a Senior Regulatory Advisor at the Investment Management Association (IMA), the trade associaton of UK´s £ 4.5 trillion investment management industry. Susan specialises in Client Money and Asset (CASS), COBS, SYSC and related governance and prudential issues.

Prior to joining the IMA, Susan held the position of Head of Regulatory Management at an asset management company after a career in the Public Sector. Susan is a Chartered Member of the Securities Institute and acts as an External Specialist at CISI.
